Everyone at The Dance Project is passionate about impacting our community through dance. Our program is designed so that your family can enroll your little dancer(s) for an affordable monthly tuition.
This is how it works…
There is a suggested monthly tuition of $35.00. Upon registration each family will determine a comfortable monthly tuition that suits their budget, ranging from free to full tuition.

Jesie Shalawylo Browning/ Artistic Director
The Dance Project is owned and directed by Jesie Browning. Jesie grew up in Northern Virginia. She began studying Ballet, Tap and Jazz at the age of five years old. Jesie majored in Musical Theater at Columbia State College in Nashville,Tennessee. After graduation she went on to dance for Paramount pictures, Peach Tree Productions and Dick Foster Productions in Las Vegas, Nevada. She then returned to Nashville to choreograph and perform in the Nashville musical "Magdalene". During that time she met her husband, Pryor Browning. After marrying they moved to Pryor's home town of Knoxville, Tennessee! Jesie and Pryor have a six year old boy named Pryor and a three year old daughter named Avery.Jesie has had The Dance Project on her heart for many years. Her dance teacher growing up allowed her to dance no matter the financial state her family was in at the time and she will never forget how that blessed her life in so many ways. She gave Jesie confidence, creativity, inspiration and most of all, love through dance. Jesie hopes to do the same for each one of her students.
